What is a compatible device?

A compatible device is a smart device that isn’t made by Hilo, but can be paired with the Hilo app and automated during peak demand events.

Hilo is currently compatible with select thermostat models from Sinopé, Mysa, and Honeywell Home, as well as Sinopé electric water heater controllers.

Note: The Hilo app may not support all features available on these devices.
